Parts and Materials
 

We  use the best parts and materials available at a reasonable cost. In all cases, our parts are sourced from major suppliers. In many cases we will specify OEM parts. We will not use any parts that do meet our high standards of quality. We will not use any customer supplied parts. If the technician feels comfortable with a used part, that is sometimes, but not often, an option in limited instances. All parts and materials are backed by the manufactures warranty.
