Estimates are prepared and prices quoted, gladly, at no charge. The diagnostics that may be necessary to prepare an estimate are billed at  normal shop rates. Often, especially in drivability and electronics, the repairs are incidental to the diagnoses. In many cases, a budget is needed in order to prepare an estimate.

Our shop rate is $68.00 per hour. All fees for service are based upon the materials used and time spent. A labor guide or "Flat Rate" may be used to help in preparing  invoices. Some fees are "menu priced" or preset.  The menu priced services are common services such as wheel alignment that tend to be repetitive in nature and have a high degree of predictability.

Payments for services are due when vehicle is picked up. For clients convenience, we accept local personal checks, Discover, Visa,   Master Card, and cash. In house or deferred billing is not offered.
